摘要:為了掌握環(huán)境因子對(duì)滴水湖浮游植物的影響,2012—2013年期間分4個(gè)季度選取14個(gè)點(diǎn)位對(duì)滴水湖及其外圍水體生境演變進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析環(huán)境因子以及浮游植物指標(biāo)的時(shí)空變化特征,并對(duì)浮游植物指標(biāo)和各項(xiàng)環(huán)境因子進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析以確定其生長(zhǎng)的主要影響因子.湖區(qū)水質(zhì)明顯優(yōu)于河道水質(zhì),且相對(duì)穩(wěn)定;各點(diǎn)浮游植物密度的四季變化趨勢(shì)與葉綠素a的變化大體上趨勢(shì)趨同,但夏季浮游植物密度稍高,而各點(diǎn)冬季葉綠素a含量達(dá)到最高,濾食性魚(yú)類(lèi)的放養(yǎng)使得滴水湖夏季浮游植物的生長(zhǎng)得到控制,浮游植物群落演替的總體趨勢(shì)表現(xiàn)為大型浮游植物比例下降,小型浮游植物比例增加.相關(guān)性分析顯示,滴水湖總磷濃度對(duì)浮游植物的生長(zhǎng)具有重要影響.研究為滴水湖富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化的防治以及水環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)提供了理論依據(jù).

Effects of environment factors on the growth of
phytoplankton in Dishui LakeZHANG Yanyan,WEI Jinbao,

Abstract:In order to understand the effects of environment factors on phytoplankton growth, phytoplankton in Dishui Lake had been sampled at 14 monitoring spot locations in December of 2012 and April, July, November of 2013, respectively. The physical and chemical indicators had been monitored to analyze the growth of phytoplankton and the spacetime characteristics of influence factors. Correlative analysis was also made to determine major parameters that influence the growth of phytoplankton in Dishui Lake. It showed that main diversion channel of Dishui Lake is much higher than that of other sites. Seasonal variety of phytoplankton density was similar to that of chlorophylla content, but phytoplankton density of summer was a little higher than that of winter. The effect of filter feeding fish on phytoplankton can explain this phenomenon. Correlation analysis indicated that total phosphorous concentration had great influence on the growth of phytoplankton. This study provides biological basement in evaluating water quality and prevents eutrophication of Dishui Lake.

作為上海臨港新城主城區(qū)的中心湖泊,滴水湖承載了新城建設(shè)發(fā)展的生態(tài)資源和環(huán)境條件,其水環(huán)境的健康與否直接影響到新城區(qū)的發(fā)展.自建成投入10年以來(lái),滴水湖基本上解決了臨港新城主城區(qū)的排水出路,也大大提高了防汛排澇能力,然而在水質(zhì)維護(hù)上,由于內(nèi)源的不穩(wěn)定和易受外界環(huán)境影響等特點(diǎn),這個(gè)于沿海灘涂開(kāi)挖引水建成的大型人工湖泊出現(xiàn)了與眾多人工湖泊極為相似的問(wèn)題.根據(jù)上海市水環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)中心提供的滴水湖水質(zhì)狀況月報(bào),滴水湖水質(zhì)近年來(lái)維持在Ⅳ—Ⅴ類(lèi),主要存在水體透明度略低、水質(zhì)富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化程度逐步增加、接近或達(dá)到中度富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化等問(wèn)題,因此,滴水湖富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化的防治引起了人們的廣泛關(guān)注.
